Our Research

At the forefront of sustainable innovation, our research focuses on transforming municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration ash—both bottom ash and fly ash—into high-performance construction materials and the transformation of other Waste Incineration Ash from other sources into beneficial materials.

By leveraging advanced treatment methods and combining ash with waste-derived aggregates, we develop durable and impermeable concrete where the ash ceases to exist as waste.

Our work promotes circular economy principles, eliminates the need for ash landfilling, and supports global efforts toward zero-emission and zero-waste solutions.
